With over 41 years of distinguished service, Shabnam Kundra has held key leadership roles in New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) and the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). As Deputy Director (Projects & Events) at NDMC, she led several high-impact initiatives including Raahgiri, public Wi-Fi zones, open gyms, and the creation of a FIFA-level football academy.

She played a pivotal role across departments—Education, Sports, Vigilance—driving reforms in Early Childhood Care (ECCE), NIPUN Bharat, digital classrooms, and school infrastructure. At DDA, she led urban development and civic infrastructure projects.

Starting her career as a Yoga Teacher, her journey reflects unwavering dedication, policy acumen, and grassroots understanding.
